Octave Audio HP700SE Tube Preamplifier — Black
The HP700SE is Octave’s reference preamplifier — fully balanced circuit, tube output stage, built in Germany with the same level of parts quality and assembly that goes into everything Octave makes at the top of the line. This example is finished in black and has the optional RIAA phono board installed, which adds a dedicated MM/MC phono stage inside the chassis. One box, no external phono stage required.
The phono option isn’t an afterthought. Octave designed the RIAA board to the same standard as the rest of the HP700SE’s circuit, and it integrates cleanly into the balanced topology of the preamp. If you’re running a serious analog front end alongside a line-level system, this is the version of the HP700SE to own.
This unit served as a demonstration piece. Cosmetically clean, fully functional, and well past the point where the circuit has settled.

We offer a 3-day return window on all purchases. Returns made to a credit or debit card will incur a 5 percent processing fee. Shipping costs, both to and from, are the responsibility of the customer if applicable.
After the 3-day window and up to 3 weeks from the date of purchase, items may still be returned, subject to a 20 percent restocking fee.
For shipped orders, customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. Once the item is received back in the same condition it was sent, we will issue a refund minus all shipping charges and a 5 percent credit card processing fee.
