Every piece of gear we sell has been through our hands — tested, listened to, and verified before it ever hits the shelf or the site. That’s the Echo way. We stand behind what we sell with a 30-day performance guarantee.

Consignment items are sometimes the exception. They don’t always come with the 30-day guarantee, but rest assured ... we’ve still put them through the same checks and listened to them the same way we would anything else. If it’s in the store, it’s passed the test.

Tubes? Let’s talk about tubes.
They’re beautiful, fragile, and unpredictable. Every piece of tube gear we sell is fully tested and functional when it leaves the shop, but we don’t warranty tubes themselves. That’s not a dodge, it’s just the nature of the beast. Tubes can drift, wear unevenly, or just decide they’re done. If you're buying tube gear, assume you'll want to roll in fresh ones down the line. It’s kind of part of the fun (and part of the sound).
