Linn Akurate DS/3
The Linn Akurate DS is a high-performance network music streamer designed to deliver reference-level digital playback, now upgraded from its original DS/1 configuration to DS/3 specifications — bringing it closer to Linn’s more current standard of digital performance.
Originally introduced as the DS/1, this unit has been elevated through Linn’s upgrade path, improving processing capability, DAC performance, and overall resolution. The result is a more refined presentation with greater clarity, deeper insight, and improved timing, allowing music to feel more open, natural, and fully resolved.
The player supports high-resolution formats including WAV, FLAC, and MP3, with playback up to 24-bit / 192kHz, and connects via Ethernet to access local libraries, internet radio, and streaming services through UPnP-based systems.
For system integration, the Akurate DS includes both balanced XLR and single-ended RCA outputs, making it easy to pair with a wide range of preamplifiers and integrated amplifiers. Inside, Linn’s precision clocking and advanced DAC architecture work together to maintain low distortion, low jitter, and a wide dynamic range.

We offer a 3-day return window on all purchases. Returns made to a credit or debit card will incur a 5 percent processing fee. Shipping costs, both to and from, are the responsibility of the customer if applicable.
After the 3-day window and up to 3 weeks from the date of purchase, items may still be returned, subject to a 20 percent restocking fee.
For shipped orders, customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. Once the item is received back in the same condition it was sent, we will issue a refund minus all shipping charges and a 5 percent credit card processing fee.
